By accessing or using AIThreads ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Description of Service

AIThreads provides email infrastructure services for AI agents, including but not limited to:

  • Email sending and receiving capabilities
  • Inbox management
  • API access for programmatic email operations
  • AI-powered email processing and auto-replies
  • Custom domain support

3. Account Registration

To use our Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Promptly update any changes to your information
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use the Service to:

  • Send spam, unsolicited emails, or bulk commercial messages
  • Distribute malware, viruses, or harmful content
  • Engage in phishing, fraud, or deceptive practices
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringe on intellectual property rights
  • Harass, abuse, or harm others
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without prior notice.

5. Email Sending Policies

You must comply with all applicable email regulations including CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and CASL. This includes:

  • Only sending emails to recipients who have consented
  • Providing clear unsubscribe mechanisms
  • Including accurate sender information
  • Honoring opt-out requests promptly

6. Subscription and Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. You agree to:

  • Pay all fees according to your selected plan
  • Provide valid payment information
  • Accept automatic renewal unless cancelled

Refunds are provided at our discretion. Unused portions of cancelled subscriptions are not refundable.

7. Service Level

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime for our Service. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Planned maintenance will be communicated in advance when possible.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by AIThreads and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of content you submit through the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a license to process and store your content as necessary to provide the Service.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AITHREADS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY.

Our total liability for any claims under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AIThreads and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for any breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
